why 2 dates?
It all started a long time back when the two of us thought, "Wouldn't it be nice to have a small wedding on the beach?" Then came the questions, "What would we do with the dogs? How can there be a small wedding with such large families?"
Then came the compromise... have a small informal wedding on the beach, and a large reception in Columbus including a video of the "I dos."
We'll rent a house that allows dogs directly on the beach. Our mongrels will make the trip down with us and join in the celebrations. We can use the beach for the wedding and then an informal get together to follow late into the night. The wedding will be kept small with only immediately family members, best friends, and our 2 dogs. The two of us will then stay the rest of the week in the house for our honeymoon.
The following weekend, we'll return from our honeymoon and throw a large reception in Columbus where all are invited. We'll have a video of the beach wedding so no one will miss a thing. The beach theme reception will make you feel like you are right there with us!
